Q: When do orders ship?

A: Orders ship between Wednesday through Saturday

Q: When are orders delivered?

A: Orders ship between Friday through Sunday

Q: What size are your body butters or body yogurts containers?

A: All glass containers are 4 ounces or 8 ounces.

Q: How long will it take me to get my order?

A: Items take 2-5 business days to ship. Our OFFICIAL business days are Monday-Friday. From there items take 1-4 business days to get to you through USPS.

Q: Can I return my items?

A: No we do not do any returns. ALL SALES ARE FINIAL. If a item comes damaged within 7 days of you receiving the package please email us with your order number and an image of the item. (sales@shopbeyondnirvana.com)

Q: Why hasn't  the status of my tracking number updated since being located at the post office?

A: It usually takes 24 hours for tracking numbers to register and start tracking.

A: You can email sales@shopbeyondnirvana.com at anytime. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a response!
